Terms of service
These terms explain the standard HumanEcho service. Custom hosting, integrations, security commitments, support levels, or service-level agreements apply only when they are included in a separate written agreement.
Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep control of the email or identity provider used to access the account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the people you authorize to use the workspace.
You must promptly contact HumanEcho if you believe the account or workspace has been accessed without authorization.
Trials, plans, and billing
When a 14-day trial is offered, a payment method is required through Stripe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the price and billing interval selected during checkout. Annual plans are billed for the annual period shown at checkout.
You can manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing. Taxes and currency treatment may depend on Stripe and your location.
Subscription access and cancellation
Access to paid functionality depends on the subscription state and successful workspace provisioning. Payment failures, cancellation, expiration, or abuse can limit or suspend access.
Canceling stops future renewal according to the subscription state shown in Stripe. You remain responsible for exporting information you need before access ends.
Acceptable use and customer content
You may not use HumanEcho to break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malicious content, bypass security or usage limits, probe other customers' data, or provide content you do not have the right to process.
You retain responsibility for the knowledge sources, questions, instructions, and other content you submit. You grant HumanEcho the limited permission needed to process that content to provide and secure the service.
AI-generated responses
AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You are responsible for testing the assistant, maintaining source quality, and applying appropriate human review before relying on responses in sensitive or high-impact situations.
HumanEcho does not guarantee that every response will be correct, complete, or available in every language or context.
Availability and product changes
The standard service is provided on a best-effort basis and may experience maintenance, provider outages, changes, or interruptions. No uptime or response-time commitment applies unless it is included in a signed agreement.
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features. When practical, we will communicate material changes that significantly affect active paid use.
Suspension, liability, and contact
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HumanEcho is provided as-is and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Questions can be sent to hello@humanecho.ai.
