Humanecho Inc. (“Humanecho”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Humanecho platform and related websites located at https://humanecho.ai and its subdomains (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you interact with the Services, including our AI support agents, analytics dashboards, and widget deployments.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Billing Data
When you create a Humanecho workspace or complete a purchase, we collect your name, company details, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information. Card data is processed by our payment partners (Stripe) and never stored in full by Humanecho.
1.2 Conversation and Knowledge Data
To provide multilingual support responses, you may upload knowledge sources, CRM records, ticket transcripts, and chat logs. These materials are encrypted in transit and at rest. You control how long data is retained in each workspace and may delete sources at any time from the dashboard.
1.3 Usage and Device Data
We automatically collect diagnostics such as IP address, browser type, preferred language, referrer URLs, and feature usage patterns. Cookies and similar technologies help us authenticate users, prevent abuse, localize the interface, and measure product performance.
1.4 Third-Party Integrations
If you connect Humanecho to tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Notion, or Slack, we access data permitted by each integration's scopes solely to deliver the requested functionality. Disconnecting an integration revokes future access and removes cached data within 24 hours.
2. How We Use Information
We process personal data to deliver and improve the Services, including:
- Training and routing AI support responses across supported languages.
- Monitoring system health, preventing fraud, and enforcing acceptable use.
- Providing onboarding, product updates, security notices, and customer support.
- Generating aggregated insights that do not identify individual users.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on your jurisdiction, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in securing and improving the Services, and your consent (where required) for optional communications or analytics.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We share information only with:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
- Integration partners you authorize.
- Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization.
5. International Transfers
Humanecho operates from the United Arab Emirates with infrastructure in the European Union and the United States. When we transfer personal data across borders, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and regional data residency controls for enterprise plans.
6. Data Retention
Workspace data is retained for as long as you maintain an active subscription. Deleted sources and transcripts are purged from active systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days unless legal obligations require a longer retention period.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights via the account settings page or by contacting us using the details below. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Humanecho is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The “Last Updated” date indicates when the current version became effective.
