Privacy Policy for HumanEcho

HumanEcho operates this service. This privacy policy explains how HumanEcho collects and uses information when you use the website, dashboard, authentication, billing, and LinkedIn publishing workflows.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, organization membership, language preferences, and profile settings.

When you use the product, we may store ideas, drafts, sources, brand voice settings, scheduling preferences, post history, usage events, and support messages needed to operate the service.

Billing is handled through Stripe. Additional merchant or distribution data is processed only when an approved distribution path is enabled for an account.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide the dashboard, generate and manage LinkedIn content workflows, process billing, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only when needed to run the product, such as hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, and support.

LinkedIn and third-party connections

If you connect LinkedIn, we use the authorized connection to support account status, publishing, scheduling, and metrics features you choose to use.

Disconnecting LinkedIn removes local token references used for publishing and analytics sync. Historical scheduled, published, billing, and audit records may remain where needed to operate the service and keep a support trail.

Export, deletion, and retention

You can export account, profile, LinkedIn connection status, ideas, drafts, scheduled posts, and published-post records from the account settings export action.

You can request account deletion from support. Deletion removes the authentication user and deletes or anonymizes user-linked product records where database relationships allow. Some organization, billing, security, audit, support, and webhook records may be retained when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, platform safety, or service reliability.

Backups and infrastructure logs are retained on limited operational schedules and are overwritten or deleted through normal backup rotation. Deleted account data may remain in backups until that rotation completes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
